Hilo-Test Coupling Network (CDN)
HILO-TEST offers a large number of coupling / decoupling networks (CDN) for single-phase and 3-phase power supply lines and signal data lines and telecommunication lines. In addition to offering numerous versions for current EMC Standards (IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5), HILO-TEST also supplies special variants for higher voltages (e.g. 3x690 VAC or up to 1 KV DC) and high currents (up to 200 A or more), as well as for surge voltages up to 12.kV.
The related standards are formally valid IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4- standards.

The coupling clamp CDN 2012 conforms exactly to the requirements of ISO 7637-3 and other standards, guaranteeing that tests are carried out in strict compliance with the standard. The CDN allows the fast nanosecond pulse bursts ( ISO 3a and 3b) to be injected in cable runs. Very high impedance signal lines are also to be found in vehicles on which the disruptive effects of ISO pulses 1 and 2 can also show up through Capacitive coupling.
