Sanwood Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Chamber

The Sanwood Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Chamber combines temperature, humidity and vibration capabilities in one chamber.

Environmental stress screening (ESS) is also well known as Burn-in, AST (Accelerated Stress Testing), HALT (Highly Accelerated Stress Test), or HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening).

The ESS Chamber is controlled by a 7 inch LCD touch screen controller and is equipped with a high brightness LED lamp and observation window with double side heating for easy viewing of the unit under test.

Cooling is produced by a cascade refrigeration compressor manufactured by Bitzer of Germany.

The SANWOOD SH-5600 controller can monitor temperature, humidity, CO density and H2 density.
A built in warning system ensures that all testing is safe.

Data Export:

The ESS is equipped with an R232 communication interface and USB interface and test data is exported automatically.

A cell phone APP remote control function can be equipped.
