    GTEM 800

    The GTEM-800 is a TEM waveguide with the upper frequency limit extended to the GHz range. It is under consideration as an alternative measurement facility for both radiated emission and immunity measurements. It is included in the standard IEC 61000-4-20 “Emission and Immunity Testing in Transverse Electromagnetic (TEM) Waveguides”.

     

    There are four models of the GTEM 800 to choose from:

    GTEM 800 A

    Shipped Assembled. 55cm EMC Truncated pyramidal absorbers (RAM).

    GTEM 800 K

    Shipped in a Kit. Assembly Required. 55cm EMC Truncated pyramidal absorbers (RAM).

    GTEM 800 A-F

    Shipped Assembled. With Ferrite Tiles on the bottom and 45cm Hybrid pyramidal carbon-foam absorbers (RAM).

    GTEM 800 K-F

    Shipped in a Kit. Assembly Required. With  Ferrite Tiles on the bottom and 45cm Hybrid pyramidal carbon-foam absorbers (RAM).

    The GTEM 750, 800 and 800 F use the same metal case.
    The difference is the absorbers and ferrites.
