Hilo-Test Power Fail Generators
Voltage dips, short interruptions or voltage fluctuations in the public supply networks can affect electronic and electrical equipment to a large extent. The AC-tests for this are defined in IEC / EN 61000-4-11 and the DC test in the IEC / EN 61000-4-29.
The following Power Fail Generators allow you to test to these standards.
PFS-CE-16 / PFS 2516 Power Fail Simulator (Part Number 5201001)
Summary:
• Power Fail Simulator
• Power supply interruption
• and variation
The Power Fail Simulator PFS-CE-16 is a compact EMC test unit designed for testing electromagnetic immunity against interruption and variation of the power supply voltage acc. to IEC 61000-4-11. Demonstrating such immunity is generally a requirement of the European EMC directive, a necessary step leading to the final attachment of the CE mark.
